In the 74th minute, Lautaro Martinez scored the only goal of the game from close range after Romelu Lukaku set him up. AC Milan had several opportunities to equalize, but they couldn't find the back of the net.

The Champions League final, scheduled for June 10, will see Inter Milan face the winner of the other semi-final clash between Manchester City and Real Madrid.

The match was highly contested, with both teams creating scoring chances. Inter Milan started strongly and dominated the early stages of the game. In the 25th minute, AC Milan had an opportunity to level the score, but Samir Handanovic made a crucial save to deny Rafael Leao.
