Two suspects are being sought in connection with a mass stabbing in Saskatchewan, Canada, that has claimed the lives of at least ten people.

Authorities in Saskatchewan, western Canada, are looking for two males in connection with a Sunday mass stabbing that left at least ten people dead and fifteen injured at different crime locations.

Damien and Myles Anderson have been named as the suspects, and the authorities have issued a warning. A black Nissan Rogue with a Saskatchewan licence plate has been linked to the two.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders sent out a statement saying that after Sunday's incident, they had to beef up security for their Canadian football game.

This has necessitated the deployment of additional law enforcement personnel around Mosaic Stadium and the surrounding region, according to the statement. On game days, the Club has a command centre from which officials may contact local emergency services and get up-to-the-minute updates on any unfolding crises.

"We are taking every means imaginable to track these individuals," stated Assistant Commissioner Rhonda Blackmore of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Blackmore stated that they got the initial complaint of a stabbing at 5:40 a.m. local time, and that subsequent calls reported many further stabbings. The province of Saskatchewan has reportedly had 13 separate crime scenes where bodies have been discovered. According to Blackmore, some of the casualties were likely intended while others were simply unfortunate bystanders.

An extremely huge occurrence, perhaps not the largest in recent years, Blackmore added.

Blackmore sent a message to the two suspects, asking them to surrender to authorities right away if they heard or saw the message.

"The numerous families and friends of the victims, as well as the community as large, are in our prayers. What happened today in our province is horrifying "I'll continue, she said.
